From Marbella:

Take the high way, Toll way AP-7 or the old coast road A-7 (also known as Carretera Nacional 340) towards Algeciras until Estepona, exit 153 on the A-7 and drive towards Estepona-Algeciras-Cádiz. Once you have reached the village of San Luis de Sabinillas, follow the A-7 and leave at the third roundabout (Km. 139), immediately turn right and follow the road another 150 metres. You have reached the office of SOS Médicos 24HS just at the entrance of the Urbanisation La Paloma. Put your car in the parking area. Print.

From Algeciras:

Leave Algeciras in the direction Málaga. Take Exit 133 at the A-7 (Carretera Nacional 340) towards Torreguadiaro-Estepona-Málaga. Follow the A-7 (Crta. Nat. 340) passing along the village of Torreguadiaro. Once passed, the next roundabout, you are now at Km. 139 at the Crta. Nat. 340 or A-7, just turn the roundabout for 3/4: turn right and follow the road for another 150 metres.
